Access to ELPA Courses Online
Description
In recent years and future plans, all Education Leadership and Policy Analysis (ELPA) courses taught by UW-Madison Professor Alan Knox are in hybrid format through Learn@UW. They combine weekly face-to-face sessions in Madison with computer and audio conferencing for students statewide. This makes them very accessible to students throughout Wisconsin, most of whom work and study part-time.
Outcomes
Increased mastery and career development for outreach students, enhanced leadership for their colleagues and, for campus students, access to enriched perspectives from outreach participants.
