Wisconsin Style: New Approaches to Regulatory Innovation

UW-Madison Professor Graham Wilson has worked closely with the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources to interpret the experience of other countries and to help them develop more effective, less coercive alternatives to traditional environmental regulation. The university supported this work through a Baldwin grant, the final report on which will be available shortly.
