Science is Fun in the Lab of Shakhashiri

Bassam Z. Shakhashiri is a professor of chemistry at the UW-Madison and the first holder of the William T. Evjue Distinguished Chair for the Wisconsin Idea. He is also director of the Wisconsin Initiative for Science Literacy. In Science is Fun, Prof. Shakhashiri thrills audiences with his sell-out science shows, demonstrations, home experiments, videos and books. The project Web site has links to different science-related demonstrations and activities. Science is Fun student presentations are also offered throughout the academic year.
